Rick Hinkson, the owner of Eureka Contracting & Roofing, knows it’s an exciting time for business owners to plug into the local community! The changing leaves are gloriously bright, the air is refreshingly crisp, and the 7th Annual Eureka Scarecrow Festival is officially underway.
The highly anticipated seasonal event, sponsored by The Eureka Chamber of Commerce, is a hometown favorite because it showcases AMAZING local creative talents and because it offers spectacular family fun. While COVID’s ongoing health guidelines have modified this year’s logistics, the festival’s entertainment value is unchanged. Droves of locals and visitors from neighboring towns are making the trip for their chance to win a cash prize drawing for the “post a selfie with a scarecrow social-media” competition. Eureka Contracting & Roofing was also delighted to participate - as a scarecrow contributor. Check out their playful Popeye design as well as some of their favorite Scarecrows in the photos below.
